|Recommended: YesAbsolutely love this place — We moved into Piney Ridge in May during the pandemic-the staff was very friendly, very understanding and easy to work with. Each time we have had questions or concerns, all was addressed fairly quickly. We love the quiet environment and friendly neighbors. Our dog loves making friends on his walks and adores the dog park I love to see kids riding around on their bikes or playing outside in a safe environment.
|Recommended: YesNothing to complain about — Moved here 2 weeks ago. Everything is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, neighbors and staff are friendly and willing to help. There is nothing to complain about.
|Recommended: YesFantastic — It's very nice, quiet neighborhood. The town-home style apartment feels like a good amount of size for a couple. The kitchen is a little outdated, but everything works great. We are really happy with living here.
|Recommended: YesNice property, high rent — Property and apartments are wonderful. Maintenance team is the absolute best. They really make repairs easy and quickly. My only complaint is that rent keeps going up and up on just about every renewal. If it gets too much higher, we will be forced to move after 4 yrs. It would be nice if the realty company wouldn't raise the rent on EVERY renewal, especially for tenants who have been here for a long time and pay their rent on time. Other than that major annoyance, I have loved living here.
|Recommended: YesLocation — Very clean and quaint. Quiet community.
|Recommended: YesGreat — The best
|Recommended: YesOutstanding — Quiet, clean, well kept property and very responsive to any issues with unit.
|Recommended: YesLovely Community Off of Rt 26 — Piney Ridge is a clean and calm community conveniently located for commutes into Baltimore or the DC metro area. Nearby are the beautiful Liberty Reservoir and Patapsco State parks.
|Recommended: YesWe love living here and it makes us feel right at home — It's a great little community, my kids have made some of their best friends here. Always friendly, Love all the maintenance people I talk to on a morning basis walking to my car.
|Recommended: YesHave always felt comfortable and safe living here. — The overall experience of living in this community for the past seventeen years has been a positive one. The community is overall very safe and quiet for the most part. The staff and maintenance are the most professional I have ever heard of or experienced in a rental community. The only negative in my opinion is the pet friendly status. No pets should be allowed ever.
|Recommended: YesVery good, well maintained — Quiet friendly community
|Recommended: YesFamily friendly and beautiful — What i like about living here is that it is a great place for a family. Also the work staff are great people that work with you. The maintenance crew are great at fixing work orders in a good timely manor. The grounds are kept very well.
|Recommended: YesA great place to live — Piney Ridge is a great place to live. Only a half hour from Baltimore, its a great spot to commute from. Its close to businesses but just far enough to be a quiet area. The staff is very helpful, the grounds are maintained and kept clean, and any issues with the apartments are taken care of quickly.
|Recommended: YesSafe, Friendly, and Clean — The community is well kept and the neighbors are all friendly. In my opinion, the multi-floor layout provides more of a home feeling than a single floor apartment. Maintenance is very attentive and thorough. The location couldn't be better Everything you could ever need is 5 minutes away.
|Recommended: YesI think the property is well maintained and the staff is terrific, nice and curteous. Customer service is a winner. — Living at Piney Ridge is a great experience. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The maintenance staff are great. The property is well maintained. It is a relatively safe community. It is well lit and each unit has 2 porch lights for visibility at night. Snow removal as well as grass cutting is done routinely and done well. Coming from a private home, it is not much more I could ask for in a rental property. I can't really hear my neighbors unless the kids bang on the walls. The properties are relatively sound resistant, which is a great selling point.
