|Recommended: YesTalk About Prompt — I recently put in a maintenance request for a new garbage disposal broken blade and a front door weather-stripping repair. Within an hour, Mahoney was here to replace the disposal with a new upgraded one, and to fix my front door so cold air didn't come through. All the maintenance personnel seem to love their jobs, they're always smiling And did I say prompt Thank you, Piney Ridge Townhomes

|Recommended: YesThe hospitality is everything. — Love the neighborhood and that is what caught my attention. Now the townhome construction is small. Single person, retired person or your first time home renter will love this place. Overall I love it.

First time rent owners that don’t have a lot of Possessions is perfect. This is a great starter home.

|Recommended: YesAmazing experience so far — I have recently become a resident at Piney Ridge and I have nothing but positive things to say. The area is quiet and clean. My daughter and dog seem to be quite content with our space and living situation. The location works out great for my daily commute. The on site team here has been amazing I look forward to continuing to being a resident here.
