Rachuba does not accept from prospective tenants Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by Maryland Code, Real Property Section 8-218.

We are a pet-friendly community and welcome domestic dogs & cats with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. One dog per apartment is allowed. Dog Policy: We utilize a 3rd party screening company to gather data for the pet profile on all pets. This provides specific data factors to determine a pets eligibility. Data factors considered (but not limited to) are breed, pictures, weight, age, sex, vaccination records, behavioral history and more. A non-refundable pet fee of $350 applies and $30 pet rent applies for dogs. Fair Housing Note: Assistance dogs are exempt from this policy. Owners will need to submit their accommodation request through the screening company for validation.
