|Recommended: YesNice Place to Live — It is a great neighborhood with great pricing on the town home apartments, especially considering other options in the area. My fiancé and I both work in Howard County, but the cost of living is outrageous. We were so excited and relieved once we found Piney Ridge. Sykesville has just been rated one of the top cities in the country to raise children, and almost all of our neighbors have families of their own. I can't vouch for the older neighborhood, but the new town homes off of Stone Brook are in great condition and we feel very fortunate to live in such a great place
|Recommended: YesNice property - great value — Overall, it is nice. The staff are friendly and attentive, but nothing is perfect. There are some minor issues that could be addressed, from street lights not working to the lighting at the mail stops. Also, the upper floors get really warm - having a ceiling fan to help circulate air would be helpful.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, well maintained and wonderful staff — I could not be more pleased living at Piney Ridge The units are beautifully laid out and the grounds are always kept looking wonderful. As a single mom, I feel very fortunate to live in a place where I feel safe and anything that I need is a phone call away.
|Recommended: YesOverall very positive experience — I would recommend Piney Ridge. The apartments are quaint but, the location and helpfulness of the staff makes up for lack of space storage. The staff act on recommendations as well as take complaints seriously.

Perfect for small families. — The people are friendly and I do not worry about my son riding his bike and playing with the other kids in the community. The prices are fair as compared to the income of the town. The schools are highly ranked. The community is kept clean and maintenance staff are responsive. My only gripe would be the outdated tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen. The cabinets and fridge need updating too.

We enjoy meeting our neighbors and everyone is friendly. The staff is always very flexible and willing to help. Piney ridge is the best apartments in eldersburg.

|Recommended: YesFamily Friendly Community — The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is amazing. My stove went up on Christmas morning and I had a new stove and freshly painted kitchen within an hour Parking availability is above average too. I wish we had assigned parking but I'm never more than 2 doors down from my house so not much of a complaint there.
